From May 3–6, 2026, the National Postal Forum returns to the Phoenix Convention Center, bringing together organizations across the mailing and shipping ecosystem.
Events like NPF create space to step back from day-to-day operations and look at how processes are actually performing in practice. For teams managing accountable mail, those conversations often start with production and delivery, but they naturally extend into tracking, visibility, and how information is accessed later on.
This year, Automated Confirmations, Inc. will be participating alongside Engineering Innovation, Inc. at Booth #917.
Our focus remains consistent. We work with organizations to structure accountable mail as a complete workflow, not just an output process. That includes how delivery events are tracked, how records are stored, and how proof can be retrieved when it is needed.
